I'd like to understand better OSRS GP strategies. I'm not asking you what your items are but rather how you manage to get them to market. What areas do you concentrate on? How long or short are your investments? Do you flip? How long are you holding when you flip a piece of equipment?
I merch items with the highest buy limit (10k-25k). I almost alway flip. I focus on food items as well as runes and pots. I keep track of some items that i know crash regularly and earn money off that too. I'm constantly changing the expensive weapons and armours that i use in order to keep my money and make more occasionally. Ie sold my bgs before it crashed at 8 miles, sold my fury before it crashed, then bought one for 13 mil and traded it for 14.5 mil. The claws were purchased, lent one mil in total, and it was then sold. Since arms and weapons are often in a perpetual spiral downwards, it's good to be able to make such decisions.
I'm not able to flip barrows any weapon or armour for that matter very well. Tips? I'll buy almost every item someone is trying to sell in a rush to make money on it. This is my example. I also earned 150k from an individual who sold his whip for 1 mil. stuff like that.
My flipping speed is OSRS gold for sale contingent upon the price's trend. If it is going up the maximum price I'll purchase at the price of its min (how I determine the max and minimum prices will be discussed below) before selling them at their maximum once the transaction has been completed. Sometimes, i sell/buy for 1gp over the min/max depending how much profit I can make and the speed with which i can tell them to buy/sell.
